at the Willmar Civic Center

This event features food and fun all day, for the entire family. Start your day with a pancake breakfast, do some shopping at the silent auction, the Corner Pantry (featuring home-baked goodies), and the Library Used Book Sale (stock up on some great reads!) Let the kids run off some energy in our exciting Kids' Corner, complete with huge bouncers, games and face painting.

Grab some lunch, then get your bid numbers ready to buy some great stuff on our live auction...vehicles, furniture, experiences...you name it, we have it!

Corner Pantry: 8 am – until sold out

Pancake breakfast: 8 am - 10:30 am

Coffee booth: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Pizza: 11 am – until sold out

Turkey sandwich meal: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

Malt Shoppe: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

Silent Auction closings: 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm

Kids Corner: 9 am - 2 pm

Live Auction: 12:15 am - 2 pm

If you have an item you would like to donate, stop by the CCS office to fill out a form, or you can call Barb Abrams at 320-235-8733. We accept new items, trips, experiences, services and cash donations. The funds raised at the auction help defray tuition costs for CCS families.
